Concierge Choice Awards Unveils 2017 Winners

Last night at Battery Gardens, 300 tourism industry professionals gathered to fete the winners at The 11th Annual Concierge Choice Awards hosted by City Guide, a division of Davler Media Group. This much-anticipated award gala recognizes the hospitality industry businesses that provide excellent experiences for NYC’s tourists.

At the event, Jonathan Fielding and Alex Mandell, from “The Play that Goes Wrong,” were the emcees. The always-spirited awards presentation was followed by dinner and performances by the cast members of two hit Broadway musicals, “School of Rock” and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.”

Concierges chosen from hotels throughout the city voted to narrow the list from hundreds of hospitality firms to five finalists across 14 categories. A record number of independent hotel concierges across 400 hotels cast their votes to determine the Concierge Choice Awards winners, which included both long-standing institutions like the Empire State Building and new attractions like Benjamin Steakhouse Prime.
