Receptive Services Association Of America and Davler Media Group Team Up To Publish International Visitor's Guide And Souvenir Booklet For New York City
New York, NY (March 5, 2007) - Receptive Services Association of America (RSAA) has chosen Davler Media Group, publisher of City Guide Magazine, to create their first International Visitor's Guide and Souvenir Booklet for New York City. RSAA members bring visitors from all over the world to NYC. The initial print run will be 100,000 copies and primarily distributed at RSAA members' Meet and Greet desks.
NYC & Co data estimated that there will be over 7 million international tourists coming to New York City this year. Even though they only represent 16% of the visitors they generate 50% of the tourist spending. International tourists are drawn here because the weak dollar makes for shopping and entertainment bargains.
David L. Miller, CEO of Davler Media Group and publisher of City Guide Magazine, suggests that “Tourists are more inclined to trust the content of the International Visitor's Guide and Souvenir Booklet for New York City because it was provided by the Tour Operator who brought them to the US. The Visitor's Guide will be handed out at the beginning of the trip so tourists will immediately use it to plan every aspect of their stay.”
Davler will be building on the best content of City Guide Magazine ,which is celebrating its 25 anniversary in 2007, to offer the RSAA members a magazine that will be a single source for their New York City visit, maps, neighborhood, guides, history and more. It will be a bonus for tourists who sign up with those tour operators.
For advertisers this presents a unique opportunity to reach these international visitors upon their arrival to NYC — when they are choosing restaurants, stores, attractions, and more.
