SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS</b>
<font size=2 face=arial><p>
  1. The exhibitor agrees not to sublease his assigned booth(s), or any portion of, or to re-assign this contract unless with the written consent of the Sponsor, Celebrate! All Things Jewish.
<p>
  2. Sponsor agrees to furnish a draped booth and an exhibit bearing the name of the exhibitor. Exhibitor is limited to booth space rented from sponsor.
<p>
  3. The exhibit agrees to make all payments by the date shown on the application form under CHARGES FOR ONE OR MORE SHOWS. Failure of exhibitor to make these payments results in forfeiture of exhibitor's rights under this contract. Celebrate ATJ shall be entitled to retain all monies previously paid by the exhibitor.
<p>
  4. An Exhibitor may only display products or services sold by

services pertinent to or closely related to the theme of the show will be permitted.
<p>
  5. All materials used in booths for decorations shall be of the approved, flameproof type. Exhibitors wishing to use helium or other flammable materials must have a prior written approval and be in compliance with local fire codes and city ordinances.
<p>
  6. Sponsor will retain the right to change the show dates specified, should factors beyond Sponsor's control necessitate such change.
<p>
  7. In the event there are fewer than 15 Exhibitors which have contracted for exhibition in this show by 30 days prior, then the sponsor shall have the option to cancel the show, and the Sponsor shall have no liability to Exhibitor beyond the return of all deposits made prior to cancellation.
<p>
  8. Unless expressly approved by sponsor, exhibitor shall refrain from conducting cash and carry sales from his booth, although contracts may be signed. No exhibitor may advertise or distribute tickets for prizes or giveaways which are contingent upon a purchase or conduct any other promotions with obligations imposed. AJI sound making equipment shall be maintained at a level acceptable to Hotel and show Management.
<p>
  9. Neither Hotel Management, nor the Sponsor, shall provide any security services beyond those normally provided by the Hotel unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing.
<p>
10. Neither Hotel Management, nor the Sponsor, shall be responsible for, nor will they guarantee the Exhibitor against loss of any kind, including damage done to adverse weather conditions or acts of God.
<p>
11. The sponsor reserves the right to alter or relocate any booth position for whatever reason the Hotel Management or the Sponsor shall deam. appropriate.
<p>
12. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnity and hold harmless the Hotel Management whether leasing or owning space in the Hotel, their agents, servants and employees, and the Sponsor, it's agents, and servants and employees, from and against any kind of liability. Claims, demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, and causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising or growing out of, or in any way connected with the Exhibitor's activities on the property of the Hotel.
<p>
13. To set up their exhibit between 6:00am and 1 1:00 am and to disassemble their exhibit between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on the day of the show(s). Breakdown of booth not

14. Exhibitor agrees to keep and leave his exhibit space in a clean and orderly fashion and to provide all required janitorial services within the vicinity of his exhibit space. Exhibitor is financially responsible for any damage to the premises or equipment there-in by exhibitor, his agents or employees. A cleaning fee may be charged if debris is left in booth at the end of show.
<p>
15. The Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules and regulations including but not limited to those promulgated by federal, state and local governments by the Hotel Management, or by the Sponsor. Any rules and regulations promulgated by the Sponsor shall be through written notice to the Exhibitor and will be adhered to. The Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue any exhibit in violation of such rules and regulations, and to terminate this contract in the event of such violation. Hotel Management reserves the right to discontinue any exhibit deemed to be not in the best interest of the Show.
<p>
16. When any exhibit is discontinued for reasons of the violation of any of the aforementioned rules and regulations, the Exhibitor shall not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid to the Sponsor, its agents, servants, and/or employees. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any expenditures attendant to such termination.
<p>
17. The Sponsor shall not be obligated to refund any part of the exhibit fee in the event the Exhibitor shall cancel for any reason whatsoever, after the signing of this contract.
<p>
18. The exhibitor agrees to abide by these and all other rules and regulations of Celebrate ATJ, the host hotel(s) and governmental authorities. Failure to do so may result in corrective actions at the discretion of Celebrate ATJ including but not limited to the right to exhibit or remain on the premises.
