How the Concierge Choice Awards Winners Were Chosen
Concierges chosen from hotels throughout the city voted to narrow the list from hundreds of hospitality firms to five finalists across 14 categories. A record number of independent hotel concierges across 400 hotels cast their votes to determine the Concierge Choice Awards winners, which included both long-standing institutions like the Empire State Building and new attractions like Benjamin Steakhouse Prime.
